Open your PSD in the browser editor
Launch the workspace and choose File → Open. Select a copy of the PSD. Wait for it to appear and check the image before continuing. If it does not load, use the graphics help rather than repeatedly overwriting the source.
Inspect the layer list
Identify the layer relevant to the edit. Check whether text is still text, whether an image is one flattened layer, and which layers are visible. A single flattened image cannot reveal the original hidden structure.
Make a small change and save a new copy
Use the workspace’s editing controls and inspect the result. Download a PSD with File → Save As. Use a new name so the source remains available for comparison. Reopen the saved document before you pass it to someone else.
Export a separate preview
For a recipient who only needs pixels, download PNG through File → Export → Export As. Keep that image alongside the PSD; an exported PNG is not a replacement for the editable project.

Questions, answered.
Can I keep layers when editing online?
PhotoCraft documents layered PSD saving. Save a PSD working copy and check your actual layer structure after reopening.
Can I edit text flattened into a photo?
Flattened text is pixels rather than an editable text layer. Saving those pixels as PSD does not restore the original text object.
Do I need to register to save?
No. The hosted workspace downloads files without an account.
